Furniture Assembly for the Community

We are looking for volunteers to assist with furniture and product assembly projects that help prepare items for distribution throughout the community. Assembly tasks may include putting together desks, chairs, bookshelves, light fixtures, and other donated products to ensure all pieces are included and items are ready for immediate use. By assembling products ahead of time, volunteers help make the process easier for our members and allow resources to get directly to where they are needed most in the community. No prior experience is necessary, though volunteers should be comfortable using basic tools, following instructions, and working with their hands. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on projects and practical problem-solving while making a meaningful impact.  If you are interested in this role, please fill out our volunteer application on our website: https://www.storehousemi.org/get-involved/volunteer-registration-rc/
