The Impact

Each year, the Coalition to End Homelessness partners with local outreach staff to conduct a Point in Time (PIT) Count of individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Kent County. On the night of January 28, outreach teams will collect important data that helps guide community strategies and secure funding to prevent homelessness - they will also provide immediate support through basic needs bags. These bags are filled with essential items like hand warmers, socks, and toiletries, offering comfort, dignity, and care to our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
