Volunteering - Shelter Pantry & Kitchen
Listed by Sylvia's Place
About
If the kitchen is the heart of a home, then the pantry is the lifeblood. We are looking for volunteers to help support this amazing system. A tidy pantry makes a tidy life.
Our shelter keeps a stock of shelf-stable items as well as two filled freezers and a fridge. All items are available for free to our clients. Due to generous donations from our community and funding from our grants, we try to keep a varied, updated stock of items for the survivors in our shelter. We are looking for a group of volunteers to tidy and maintain our pantry.
